"Thank you Sierra!! I moved from a less populated area with an insurance agent I trusted and was there for me I was concerned I would not find that when I moved to Mesa. When paying for and having car insurance, a customer may not realize that their insurance company is truly there for them UNTIL you need them. I had an unfortunate vehicle accident , Sierra was there with patience, understanding and a caring kind attitude offering me all the information I needed from the first contact every step of the way. Two weeks later sierra is still taking my calls answering questions offering advice and not wavering from her caring kind helpful attitude."

"have six insurance policies with this business and everyone has always been super helpful. Today I was blown away by a customer service experience with Sierra (didn’t catch her last name). She was absolutely phenomenal! I believe she is only 7 months into her position and she is obviously incredibly intelligent, super professional, courteous and knowledgeable even though she hasn’t been doing this for years. I run a sales organizations and businesses have sales incorporated. Sierra is a fantastic representative of Max Panas State Farm Insurance in Gilbert.
